Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent;

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
For California residents, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the above applies to the Personal Information collected during the 12 month period prior to the date of the request.
International Data Transfers
Personal Information collected by us may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States or any other country in which we or our agents maintain facilities, and by providing us with your Personal Information and accessing and using this Website or any of its content, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
